All the correspondences should be made to the Regional office in written.
The State Co-ordinator is the sole authorizer of all kinds of documents by virtue of the council.
All the payments should be made in shape of Cash or DD in favour of The Chairman, Xavier's Council of India payable at Bhubaneswar.
Any documentation or correspondence made through e-mail will also be considered as the evidence.
